2026 Live Events With Donna
What to Expect
Coming together to study and practice Yoga can be a form of self-rejuvenation. When you come to an intensive with Donna you can expect to be engaged in a process of self-inquiry where you, the practitioner, call the shots. While each practice is demonstrated with clarity and precision, Donna emphasizes that every practice can be adapted to individual needs, and you will be encouraged to choose variations that suit your structure and level of conditioning.
Most intensives are divided into a morning and afternoon class. While the morning class is generally 2-1/2 to 3 hours long, the class evolves from an introduction, guided-somatic inquiry and gradually into gentle yet strengthening yoga practice. You do not have to be able to do virtuosic yoga postures as the emphasis is on refining simple and accessible practices, investigating and discovering what works best for you. The afternoon class is usually 2-hours long and is often oriented towards more relaxing and restorative practices, making sure that we have time to integrate the days experiences.
