Physical Focus: Upper back and shoulders release/strengthening
What’s Inside: The class begins with a series of seated shoulder opening postures followed by an unwinding flow practice (also practiced on the floor). We progress into more active standing postures with an emphasis on upper back opening and core strength.
Key Focus: Listening to how the body suggests subtle adaptations to each movement.
